Here are the first of my drawings looking at the way I live, the world around me, both immediate, and the wider world  glimpsed through photos found on the internet which I have translated into watercolours. I will be exploring how so much of what we see will be transformed if current consumption continues and carbon emissions are not substantially reduced.

It is such a vast subject that I will probably focus on the problems of agriculture and dairy  which are very large emiters of greenhouse gases in the UK.

Images will be uploaded to this website as soon as I have finished them. I will also add pieces of writing about climate change as I go along.

This dead field mouse is here reminding us of the mass extinctions that are already taking place. I found it dead in our cellar and took it to my studio on a yellow paper napkin to paint. It looked beautiful against the yellow.
